Embedding in-line code


You can embed in-line code into the rich-text editor to make that code stand out to your visitors. The in-line code displays in a monospace font.

The following illustration shows just one example of how Brightspot renders in-line code.

Example of in-line code

To embed in-line code:

  1. Place your cursor within the text where you would like to place the in-line code.
  2. Click short_text in the rich-text editor toolbar.
  3. Enter the text to appear as in-line code in the Code field.
  4. Expand Enhancement Styles and select your Enhancement Alignment. See Enhancement alignment for more information on enhancement placement.
  5. Click Save & Close.
