Brightspot Integrations Guide

Configuring product reports for your Shopify products

You can run analytics reports on your Shopify products in Brightspot. In order to do this, you must first make the connection between Shopify and Google Analytics in your Shopify console. Once that connection is made, you can set the configurations in Brightspot.

To configure product reports:

  1. In your Shopify console, connect your Shopify account to Google Analytics. For details, see the Shopify documentation.
  2. Click menu > Admin > Sites & Settings > Sites > Global.
  3. Under the Integrations tab, expand the Google Analytics 4 cluster.
  4. Toggle on Product Report Enabled.
  5. Under Product Metrics to Display, click add_circle_outline Add, then select the metrics. These metrics are displayed in the GA Product Data tab on a product's content edit page. If none are selected, all metrics are displayed.
  6. Under Product Analytics Timeframe, select an option from the list to customize product analytics dynamic lists, or retain the default of seven days.
  7. Click Save.
