Pardot

With the Salesforce Pardot integration, you incorporate Pardot forms into Brightspot assets, and receive corresponding reports. Once you have imported a form, you can override labels and make other adjustments before adding the forms to assets and subsequently publishing them.

To configure and use the Pardot integration, you take the following steps:

  1. Connect a Pardot account to Brightspot at the global level. For details, see Adding a Pardot account.
  2. Configure the integration itself. For details, see Configuring the Pardot integration.
  3. Create a third-party form that uses an imported Pardot form. For details, see Creating a third-party form.
  4. Add the third-party form to an asset. For details, see Incorporating a third-party form into an asset.
